Welcome to the 106th season of the Empire Club of Canada! Since 1903, the Empire Club has been offering top-notch speakers drawn from the realms of politics, business, the arts, government, social sciences, religion and other domains from all over the world. Every year the Empire Club invites to its podium national and international leaders who bring interesting, insightful, challenging and provocative views and knowledge to stimulate our members and guests.

If you click on Speeches on our home page, you will find every speech delivered at the Empire Club over the past 105 years ranging from Winston Churchill to Alexander Graham Bell, the Dalai Lama to Bill Gates, every Canadian Prime Minister to Ronald Reagan, Vladimir Putin to Garry Kasparov and thousands of others who have changed the history of Canada, North America and the world.

Our meetings are most often held over lunch from noon to about 1:45, usually on Thursdays at the Royal York Hotel or another downtown location. They are broadcast live on Rogers Television and rebroadcast by Rogers at 8 p.m. and at other times, and are carried nationally by CPAC and reported on in print and other media. The Empire Club Foundation publishes an annual collection of all speeches. This publication is provided free of charge to Empire Club members and all public, school and university libraries across Canada. Webcasts of our luncheons have also been available for the past 3 years at http://www.empireclub.org/.

There are many benefits to attending Empire Club luncheons. To be in the same room with the very people who lead countries, companies, social policy organizations, religious institutions and others and hear first-hand their vision is truly inspiring. Luncheon guests also enjoy networking with the variety of interesting people the Club attracts on a regular basis.
